What does Arca Design provide?
First and foremost we have a chat. We need to know what you want to achieve and you need to know that we can achieve it.
From this we can can out measured surveys of existing dwellings or sites to get a feel for the what is currently in place.
This allows us to start the design process, providing sketch options and ideas to fulfill your brief.
Once the design process is complete then we manage the Planning and Building Control applications to approval and if required manage the build on site.

It all begins with an idea.
This might be a hand drawn sketch, a picture board, a scrap book, some photos or just a vision in your head.
It is important to us that you are part of the process through all aspects of the project.

We work with several building contractors who we know do a good job, work with the client, are cost effective and can be trusted to build your dream.
